Pale pink with bright, luminous highlights. The bouquet is delicate yet expressive, offering intense aromas of fresh red berries and ripe fruit. On the palate, it is savory and rounded, with balanced freshness and a persistent finish that echoes its vibrant fruity notes.

Vinification:

The grapes undergo a very brief skin contact followed by gentle pressing. The must is then cold-settled for 10–15 days before clarification by racking. Alcoholic fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 16–18°C (61–64°F) and lasts approximately three weeks.
